Edit a PDF
Snap Studio edits a PDF where it lives: you change the file itself, not a copy in the library, and Save writes your changes back into it.
Open a PDF
Use File > Open, or right-click a PDF in File Explorer and choose Open with SpiceLogic Snap Studio. The pages appear in a panel beside the canvas, and you can scroll through them as one column or one page at a time.
Change the words and pictures
- Double-click a paragraph to retype it in the font the PDF uses, with its line spacing kept.
- With the move tool, select a picture or another object on the page to move it, resize it, replace it or delete it.
- Add text, arrows, shapes and highlights with the same tools you use on screenshots.
- Press Ctrl+F to find words on every page.
Arrange the pages
Select pages in the pages panel and drag them into a new order. Right-click for Insert page before or after, Insert pages from file, Duplicate, Rotate, Extract and Delete. Each change is one undo step.
Save, print and combine
Press Ctrl+S to save. The PDF keeps its bookmarks and forms, and new words stay searchable. Ctrl+P prints the document exactly as it will be saved.
To make one PDF from several files, select pictures, documents or other PDFs in File Explorer, right-click and choose Combine as PDF. In Snap Studio, select two or more images and choose Make PDF to turn them into a document, one page each.
