From the initial release through 1.10, Markov Chain Calculator added less disruptive save and update behavior while addressing crashes in project, preview, state, and file-path workflows. Later maintenance also resolved a low-value input limitation and included a security update.

  1. Closing a window no longer prompts for saving when nothing has changed since the last save.
  2. Users can decline a specific update version and will not be notified again for that same version while automatic update checking remains enabled.

  1. Improved application stability by resolving crashes when closing projects, opening Print Preview, handling initial states, and in additional crash cases.
  2. Resolved potential crashes caused by invalid file paths during save or open operations.
  3. Resolved an issue that prevented use of values below 0.01 for probability or other inputs.
