Major features 2

  1. Added in-app developer licensing with WPF-style purchase links.
  2. Improved toolbar font controls with heading and font previews, the full installed font collection, WPF-like selector presentation, and centered font and size selectors.

Bugs and reliability 38

  1. Improved native editing and selection across WebKitGTK and macOS, including input callbacks, underlining, keyboard shortcuts, and rectangular table selection through Undo/Redo.
  2. Protected pasted and inserted content: prevented nested paragraphs, preserved word spacing across font changes and Outlook table formatting, and stopped insertion from overwriting protected mail-merge tokens.
  3. Corrected document operations and fidelity, including unchanged image properties adding Undo steps, Source history reporting, video selection restoration, table-cell formatting, and body-only HTML printing.
  4. Improved delivery and host compatibility by fixing trial and source restoration on supported SDKs, Simple-app resource requirements, older sample package pins, and Apple silicon image-file verification.

Interface evolution 3

  1. Added EditorLanguage.Custom with separate JSON overrides, English fallback, preserved existing language IDs, and no migration requirement.
  2. Made editor and option types available in Avalonia’s default XAML namespace while keeping existing xmlns:editor declarations working.
  3. Added WindowsUserDataFolder to configure WebView2 storage; invalid or unwritable paths are reported as startup prerequisite failures.
